Another Champagne, primarily made from Pinot Noir, from the Aube region. Here, the salt is intricately woven, almost fused with the fruit, and ever-present, starting with the nose of pear and peach infused with marine notes. Both in aroma and on the palate, the wine is delicate and almost diaphanous, with a well-defined fruitiness and clear minerality, along with a refreshing and graceful freshness.
