We would like to share with you some important details regarding the sanitization procedures we implement to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay.
Your health is at the heart of everything we do and we want you to feel comfortable during your stay.
Our cleaning team follows strict guidelines and high cleaning standards to ensure that every corner of the apartment is sanitized properly.
All surfaces, including furniture, work surfaces, light switches and remote controls are cleaned and disinfected with products recommended by health authorities.
Air Sanitization
We have implemented procedures to ensure good air quality inside the apartment.
A high-efficiency air purifier is installed to reduce the presence of particles in the air.
An air purifier is a device designed to improve the air quality within an enclosed environment, such as a home. These devices work through various filtering and purification processes to remove airborne particles, such as dust, pollen, pet dander, mold, bacteria, viruses and other pollutants.
The WHO (World Health Organization) sets the annual PM2.5 limit at 10ug/m3 and states that every increase of 10ug/m3 corresponds to an increase in mortality.
As regards PM10, the WHO recommends not exceeding 20ug/m3.
We are proud to provide our guests with a clean and sanitized environment, not only to the naked eye but also in terms of air quality.
Formaldehyde elimination
his chemical element can be present in many of the products we use, including those for cleaning the house. Being a powerful antibacterial, it is used to produce dish detergents and disinfectant products.
It is also a secondary product of combustion and is generated by cigarette smoke or gas and kerosene stoves.
For this reason, the concentration of formaldehyde is often higher in indoor environments, especially in the presence of many pieces of furniture or elements made of plywood or wood chipboard, upholstery, parquet, carpet and various textile compounds.
We are proud to inform our guests that safe products and materials free of harmful substances are used in all Future Vision – Luxury Apartments.
According to a Ministry of Health brochure, levels “in homes generally between 0.01 and 0.05 mg/m®”
are higher than outdoors.
Sanitisation of mattresses, sheets and towels
- All sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads and towels are changed and washed at high temperatures after each stay.
- We use ecological detergents and products that respect the environment to guarantee maximum hygiene.
- Each mattress is sanitized using the Ultra Vortex mattress beater.

Ultra Vortex has 3 modes to get a deep clean: suction mode, roll & beat mode and UV lamp mode which can kill up to 99.9% of bacteria, allergens and dust mites, as well as prevent their reappearance.

We are here to answer any questions or concerns you have about sanitization procedures or your stay in general. Your trust is important to us and we will do everything we can to make your stay as safe and pleasant as possible.
- In addition to routine cleaning, we pay special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, electrical switches, faucets and remote controls.
- We use effective disinfectant products to ensure these surfaces are completely sanitized.
Disinfestation
At every check-out we use Polti Cimex Eradicator to guarantee complete disinfestation inside the apartment.
Polti Cimex Eradicator is a device capable of decisively eliminating bed bugs and eggs without the use of insecticides. Dry saturated steam superheated up to 180°C kills 100% of the eggs and 90% of the adult bed bugs by thermal shock already on the first passage.

Low environmental impact
